I recently graduated from an integrated master’s in physics at the University of St Andrews, and aspire to a career in theoretical physics research.  My background is a mixture of experimental and theoretical physics, with a focus on condensed matter.

My interest in active matter as a field stemmed from my research internship about quantum swarmalators with Dr Bernd Braunecker at St Andrews. My current research interests are stochastic dynamics, critical and emergent phenomena, polymer physics and the physics of living systems. I am currently working on my PhD modelling active filaments with Dr Anton Souslov.

PhD supervisor: Dr Anton Souslov

Research topic: Active Matter
