I am an experimental physics PhD in the quantum engineering group, trying to find new spin-optical interfaces in organic molecules. My fascination with nanosciences has been sparked by a number of outstanding lecturers I had during my undergraduate and master’s studies in physics (special thanks to Professors Rachel Grange and Thomas Ihn in case they ever stumble upon this text). They made me fall in love with the interdisciplinary nature of the field, as well as the rich new physics revealed at the nanoscale. My previous research projects with epitaxial and gate defined quantum dots have further deepened my interest and convinced me to pursue a PhD in physics.

Research topic: Nanophotonics and Quantum Optics with Organic Molecules

PhD supervisors: Dorian Gangloff, Akshay Rao, Rakesh Arul
