
Karishma is interested in the interface of science and technology, and is involved in the study as well as practice of innovation emerging from physical sciences research. Karishma teaches a bespoke innovation course for NanoDTC MRes students, designed to help emerging scientists understand the technical as well as commercial factors at play in the process of converting lab based research to commercial products and services. Karishma is also leading the development of a new Nanointegration course focussing on building systems based on new nano materials and devices.
Karishma has masters degrees in Chemistry and Nanoscience, and a PhD in Nuclear Acoustic Resonance.
