The NanoDTC students and associates and their ground-up network has been crucial for the success of the NanoDTC by breaking down barriers between departments at Cambridge, opening up new possibilities for research and collaboration.
The Nano Ambassadors programme extends the success of our ground-up student networks in Cambridge to nano research groups at Universities across the UK, and twins it with activities that help form a strong inter-student network, whilst also helping us do important outreach work.
The first set of Nano Ambassadors joined us in 2019 and gave talks at various schools and universities before the COVID-19 pandemic. Details of the Nano Ambassadors and some photographs from their talks are below.
Please contact Dr James Dolan, the MRes Co-Director, if you would like to discuss a visit by our Nano Ambassdors to your university.
