Dr. Sebastian Ahnert

Dr. Sebastian Ahnert is a University Lecturer at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology of the University of Cambridge, and a Senior Research Fellow at The Alan Turing Institute. He isalso a Fellow of King’s College, Cambridge.
Dr. Ahnert’s research interests lie mainly in two areas: The first is the study of biological evolution and development from the perspective of algorithmic information. The second is network analysis, where he is interested in both method development and in interdisciplinary applications of network analysis to biology, the humanities, and social sciences.
