My research focuses on the fabrication of group III-V nanowire devices. Presently, my project centres on the design of single horizontal nanowire solar cells using indium phosphide (InP). The primary goal is to develop photovoltaic devices that demonstrate both high efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with the added advantage of seamless integration into flexible substrates.
