Moritz is a PhD student in the department of Materials Science, under primary supervision of Judith Driscoll. His research is focused on understanding the switching mechanisms in novel non-volatile memory devices. This project is co-supervised by Stephan Hofmann, Bartomeu Monserrat, Giuliana Di Martino and Cambridge Display Technology (CDT).
Prior to his PhD, he worked on a variety of projects within two multinational conglomerates and 3 startups. Moritz obtained a Master of Chemistry at the University of Edinburgh.
