The NanoDTC has relationships with a number of companies working in the Nanotechnology Space, including Hitachi, Cambridge Display Technologies, NPL, TTP, Oxford Instruments and several others. A more complete list is given below.
Industry partners are involved in joint PhD projects as well as delivering lectures and seminars to our students, eg as part of our training on Nurturing and Managing Innovation in Science and Nano Innovation Seminar series.
Industry Partners are also involved in the chain of translating our research to technologies, through active engagement with our Translational Prize Fellows and Startups founded by our students and alumni.
New Industry Partners
We welcome new industry partners to work with us. This can be via joint PhD projects or through membership of our NanoDTC Industry Forum for exposure to the latest in nanoscience research through events, or for engaging with our pool of talented researchers for recruitment purposes.
Please contact Prof. Karishma Jain for more information.
